How to install Cubase 4 on OS X?

As you may know, the Cubase 4 DVD doesn't work on OS X (my version, anyway - this was a known issue in the early days of C4).

There used to be a download to fix this on the Steinberg site, but it's nowhere to be found.

Can ANYONE help? Can't believe this is shut out to me.

Thanks Maxhowarth, but that download page (and OS X updater) didn't seem to fix the problem for me. Am I missing something?
