MR 816 Internal reverb routed to multiple outputs

Hi there !

My setup is this:
MR816CSX used to record live concert AND mix stage monitors PLUS FOH mix (sometimes also use an output for TV guys recording ).
Now, the vocalist would feel more confident having a little reverb on his monitor.

From my understanding, one can not route reverb for more than one output (Geee, if I knew that, I would be considering MOTU 896 mkIII).

Now, smart guys, what suggestions do you have for this setup?
It would be nice to have zero latency, so I would rather not use another VST (especially since I'm also recording in the same time...)
