Hanging notes in HalionOne - HELP PLEASE!

Hi there.
You can call me whatever you want but I don't know.
I'm trying to use HalionOne 1.1.0.457 - that is the version that came with Cubase 5. I have a big problem with hanging notes. For instance I'm trying to use Electic Piano Pad and Pad's notes are hanging while I'm playing.
I know there is a post that is talking about it but:
1. It says to "reset on stop" in applications Preferences - I did it but problem still appear.
2. It says to upgrade to Halion 3.1 - where is it? I didn't find any update for HalionOne.
Can anybody help me with this please?
