That would be nice, but I only see three options:
(1) Wizoo and their new bed partner think they can make some sales by talking to Steinberg about a mutual deal, i.e. enabling the name Hypersonic to be used in a Hypersonic 3 developed by Wizoo and the spoils shared.
(2) Wizoo and their new bed partner develop a Hypersonic 3 but would have to market it under a different name in order to keep all the spoils. They may think it worthwhile to offer Steinberg a lump sum to acqire ownership of the name.
(3) Neither Wizoo or Steinberg believe there is a large enough user base out there to warrant bothering with a follow-up of some kind.
It all depends on whether anyone sees a potential for good returns on any investment.
I think it's a good product and developed/upgraded/extended (more sounds) would prove a good income source for somebody.

Whatever the plans for HS might be.
At least they announced out a version that runs on the new Macs

Shocked I havent really tride any other sound station vsti
so I dont know if thers anything like h2 out ther
I have reason3 but I want a vsti, h2 sounds are great,
I do use HAlion3 for the drums and bass guitars
and if h2 lacks a sound I want, A great team HALion3
and H2 I wish Steinberg would do more with the two plugs
I mean are they NOT the two main vsti in Steinbergs plugs
Rolling Eyes the bread and butter
