hi .does anybody know of a free bass vst instrument icould use,rather than buy one i dont know anything about?something suitable for heavy and hard rock.if so can you post a download site?any help is much appreciated.cheers

R U Serious ? This is definantly not the site you come to asking fro free stuff like VST Plug-Ins when all of us paid to learn something we were not familiar with.
I don't mean to insult you or condem but please, take a look around and you'll notice that people here are tired of guys coming around needing free stuff then coming back to ask how to us it. If you are looking for Free Stuff . you should search the www and see what you find but I for one would not even burn a copy for you and I don't intend that to be a negative statement. It's just, Cubase doesn't give their preoducts away cheap. It took me a long time to scrape up the cash but until I did, I waited and made due with what I had.

Sounds to me like you should put an ad in your local paper for a BASS PLAYER !!!

thanx for your comments pal,but i meant to put trial,i didn,t mean rip it off.i paid for my steinberg software and equipment too.i do my own music because of the hours i work,otherwise i would seek other musicians.my mistake for not checking what i wrote.
