I have Cubase 5
And I am still looking for A Nice little daw controller
I was thinking about the cc121 But I Think Its Over Priced
In the Stores here its €369,-
Where other so called "Single Fader Daw Controllers" are €150,- to €250,-

Now I know that the cc121 Include Cubase AI
Witch will give you €100,- discount on A Full version of Cubase

This makes me wonder Why somebody who already has cubase doesn't get this discount ???

I Think It's kind of unfair since People who buy A cc121 and then get cubase they get a discount
But If you Already have Cubase You don't get discount when you Like to get a cc121

So how do you guys think about this ???

None of the answers is my opinion.

CC121 is overpriced. But it is a great device.
You by yourself have to decide if you like to spend that money or not. Or you may like to buy something cheaper. Your choice.

Well I Think About it ...

The offer to get it and get a full version of Cubase 5 than the price is pretty much into the same range as the other ones
But Since I Already have Cubase 5 ... and don't need Cubase AI ... I think It's over priced
I personally think that €269,- is a much better Price Because then it will just exceed The other ones but not to much to not think about it

See the Cubase AI as an extra. Such as other OEM and promotion software you get each time you buy a hardware.
Steinberg maybe should put something like some extra vst plugins as bonus for Cubase users.

In my opinion CC121 would be far better with an integrated two channel audio (such as CI2). Anyhow I bought one last month and I love that overpriced peace of hardware Wink

True
But you seem to pay for it as well ...

so why can People get A Full version of cubase cheaper with only having the cc121
But People Who have Cubase Can't Get the cc121 Cheaper ???

Or indeed add something extra to it for people who already have A Full Version Of Cubase
(However A Lower Price Would Put the cc121 More in the same Price Range As The Other Single fader Controllers)
