Halione VST Instruments on Cubase LE 4

Hi,
I am currently using Cubase LE4 and I just found the drum sound sets that i can use on an instrument or midi track. My question is : are there (on Cubase LE4) more instruments than just drums (like piano, guitars etc....) or must I upgrade to an upper version of Cubase ? If yes where can I find those instruments and if so, how to load them in Halione for future use .
The Halione instrument VST browser appears tickled but grey, so I can't upload the VST instruments
