Trying to Activate Grand2 to Grand3?

Im trying to upgrade GRAND3 from GRAND2 , I enter the activation code and get this This license upgrade you are about to perform will work only for licenses which reside on a USB elicenser. Currently the license eligible for this license upgrade process resides on the soft elicenser. Please transfer the license you want to upgrade from the soft elicenser to a USB elicenser ( using drag n drop in main menu) then try the license upgrade process again.
My GRAND2 is on a USB elincenser.
Could some one please help me out here thanks

Its Okay now I needed to remove my other USB elicenser, I guess it was not recognizing the Grand2 with it in, but still strange telling me it was on soft elicenser
