|
|
I have SX3 (Windows XP) and purchased Virtual Bassist. Strange thing: it seems to work. My MIDI tracks recognize it as a VST instrument and I can actualy listen to the Styles with the 'Listen' function.
However, when I play a midi note (and I tried all 128 of them) the indication 'LED' on VB blinks but there comes no sound from it. When Cubase is set to 'Play' the tunes under the 'Listen' knob do not run in sync.
I really love the tunes in it!!! Please help

Ofcourse I read the manual... I can not find a troubleshooting part in the manual so that's why I try to find some answers here.
I tried to feed VB with chords and single notes but still no sound. The 'Event Received Indicator' on top op of the VB window blinks every time I struck a note. Silly thing is that the Chord Indicator screen in VB does not show the played chords.
On the Groove & Match tab I see patterns change in th Part Browser screen. On the Mixer nothing is muted. But again: still no sound.
Anybody? |

Update:
VB reacts to one midi note only: C1. It plays a single note but not the groove I have choosen. |
