CC121+C5+Novation ReMOTE 37SL Problem

Have recently upgraded PC set up from XP to 64bit Vista and am having problems using Cubase 5 along with CC121 and Novation ReMOTE 37SL keyboard.

I have loaded the 64bit version of Cubase 5 along with the 64bit versions of the CC121 driver and midi and i have also loaded the latest Automap 3 application from Novation.

Have found that Cubase 5 is very unstable and keeps crashing when using the CC121 along with Automap.

Other issues I have found are;
Automap server is not loading up when launching Cubase;
ReMOTE display highlighing that Automap is offline;
Only a couple of VST Instruments are wrapped in Automap and non-Automap versions are not present;
When i try and open a VSTi window, it is minimised and cannot access any of the controls

Anyne else come up with similar issues or found any solutions.
