hello,
although it is unofficially supported by steinberg, i can confirm that the steinberg cc121 controller works fully with windows xp x64 professional (64 bit)
and windows xp 32bit professional sp3.
from memory i obtained the MIDI driver from yamaha, which from memory is version 3.2 general midi driver for 2k,xp,xp64,vista,vista64. failing that it is the same
driver for a yamaha psr295 keyboard - those 2 items were keeping me from a 64bit computer and both were satisfied with the same thing.
its been so long since i installed it, i have forgot. but it all works - i was very happy to find
i have had a stable, fully working, efficient 64 bit setup with xp 64 for sometime - which sadly i have been unable to use due to my ears.
i thought i would post incase anyone else with xp64 was interested.
in terms of the cc121, i found it useful, well made, and very pricey. even though it cost me alot of money and saving up i do not regret buying it.
i would recommed anyone interested going to a music store for a free try out.
have a good night |
