|
|
TO GET ROOMWORKS BACK ON MY VERSION OF CUBASE, ON WINDOWS 7, I AM INFORMED I HAVE TO GO TO Cubase 4 preferences folder
/Users/<your>/Library/Preferences/Cubase 4
and only delete the "Defaults.xml" file.
GREAT. BUT IF I GO TO 'USERS/MYNAME/...' THERE IS NO 'LIBRARY' FOLDER, AND NO 'CUBASE4' FOLDER. IF I'M SUPPOSED TO GOT TO THE 'STEINBERG/CUBASELE4' folder...there's no library there either!
searching for the file: 'defaults.xml' return no results...
If I'm missing the point here, can some kind person please translate the gibberish into factual instruction?
thanks |

I don´t know about W7, but in XP this folder is hidden, and you have to make it visible.
Also possible in XP: Start-> All Programs -> Steinberg Cubase AI4 -> (Cubase) application data folder, maybe that helps... _________________ Cubase 5.1.1 | XP Pro SP2 | Gigabyte EP45-DS3R | Intel E 8500 | EMU 1820 m | 4 GB Corsair Dual channel | PoCo Element | Cubase Essential 5 | FJS Amilo 7425 Pent. you never said you were on windows. this is why everyone is asked to put their full system specs in their profile signature.
and it better to stick to one thread. _________________ best wishes
