First of all, thank you very much for your interest in this topic!
As you know, The Grand 1 is not based on the USB-eLicenser copy protection and thus we are not able to offer a convenient update path via our online shop.
However, if The Grand 3 with all its new features looks tempting to you, please get in contact with us directly.
We will send you an email with all the necessary information on how to get hold of the latest The Grand version in return.

I'm in New Zealand. The local Steinberg website is of no value and in fact is currently unavailable (down for maintenance).
The local distributor appears to be more ignorant than I... Confused

Contact Steinberg Directly if your local distributor does give you a headache
They will provide you with a solution (or they will kick your local distributor ass for not helping you)

It also Might have to do with Summer vacations and stuff Cool

I've called Steinberg Upgrades (USA) and emailed support, and no one has yet to email me telling me where to send my Grand 1 discs and any other needed instructions.

Can someone PM me with the info they received from Steinberg USA Upgrades?

Thanks.
