Doing clean installs of all my software on a new machine (Mac Nehalem 2.26 8 core) and can't get Xphraze vst or au to be seen. Install disk says installation is successful, and I can see all the proper files in the /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins folders. I updated to v1.2 by copying the vst and au files to their proper location and none of my host software can see the plug-in (tried in logic 8/9, DP 5.13 Live8 & Plogue Bidule).
I saw a pc solution | Quote: | Solution:
So I put back into my new computer my older CD player and low and behold bingo both programms
Installed immediately. Evidently the new computers can't read the copie protection... | so I plugged in a older lacie firewire cd/dvd burner and tried re-installing from that (used this burner/player to install Xphraze on my old mac), but no success.
Anyone else with the same problem? Any ideas on what's happening? Many thanks. |

I have Cubase 4.5 and Xphrase working on my Mac Pro Quad.
But it does not work in Logic 9 & Snowleopard on the same Mac Pro.
I think I even tested to get it working via the VST to AU app, without any success. _________________ Cheers
