I have Cubase SL3 and original USB dongle that came with the software. I recently bought the upgrade to Cubase 5. I am running on Windows XP Sp2 on a dual core processor with 2 GB Ram. I have the Syncrosoft LCC software installed and the proper license for SL3 on the dongle and it shows up in the LCC panel. When I go through the Download License Wizard, everything goes fine until the last step when it goes to get the new license.
A message window pops up from Syncrosoft LCC saying that my date and time and/or time zone does not appear correct and that I must fix it before the program will continue. The date/time clock is correct and the time zone is correct as well. I don't have any licenses that expire and I don't understand why the LCC would need it , but whatever?! I have read the FAQ's , splunked in the KnowledgeBase of both LCC and Cubase 5 and haven't run across any mention of this specific error or problem.
I then tried downloading the newest version of the LCC from the eLCC site and ran that. I got the same results.
Any suggestions ? |
