Is anyone using thew CI2 with Cubase 4.5.2? Is it compatible? Fully functional? I haven't seen any reference to anything but Cubase 5.

Thanks!

Yes & no. It'll work as an interface, but you'll get none of the AI (Advanced Integration - the knob that lets you control all the virtual knobs in Cunbase) features. So if you're not bothered about the AI, get the CI1, if you are, upgrade to your latest version of Cubase.

Thanks for the reply, mansh. Actually, in the meantime I decided to pass the CI2 by and spring for the C121, which does work with 4.5.2. Seems weird that they wouldn't have made the CI2 AI compatible with 4.5.2 when the earlier C121, which is much more capable, already is. Oh well, that's marketing I guess.
