...ala the K2x00s/PC3s?

More generally, I'm looking for something that makes sounds from the ground up (not a sampler/rompler) and has - well - vast capabilities in terms of modulation, algorithm, routing, the like. So maybe not VAST-like, but vast like VAST - or better.
