How to get WL7 from WL5?

I have been running WL5 on my Macpro via Bootcamp and now I want to upgrade to the WL7 Mac version. I have no dongle. What is the process of purchasing?

I think buy a Steinberg key or e-Licenser at the same shop where you buy WL7.

I registered once again my version of WL5 at Steinberg Canada, but they offer no way to buy a dongle or WL5 to WL6 upgrade.
Once again Steinberg has me in a maze and wondering WTF and what do I do now?
