Wavelab Elements 7 Upgrade Problem

Hello,
I upgraded from Wavelab Essential 6 to Elements 7. Wavelab Elements will show my WAVES plugins but will not open them. Also, in the Dithering Window, it shows the WAVES L1 in the drop down menu but it will not open the L1. It says that the plugins have been disabled. All of my WAVES plugins worked fine in Essential 6. What can be done to get Elements to use the WAVES plugins and recognize them?

I am running Vista, Intel Pentium, 30 Gigs.

As far as I know, my version of WAVES was updated a couple of months ago.
I am using the WAVES Gold Bundle. Essential 6 worked great with my WAVES.

One version that works for sure is V7 r15, the latest available on their site.

The update now allows Elements 7 to open the WAVES plug-ins under the "Effects" window. Thanks.
OK, here is the nagging problem:
In the "Dithering" section, if I choose "Internal" as the dithering method, it works fine and shows noise type, shaping and bit. If I choose any of the WAVES plug-ins in that window, nothing comes up! As I mentioned above, Elements is opening the WAVES plug-ins under the "Effects" section, but will not open them under the "Dithering" section. When I used Essential 6, all WAVES plug-ins were pulled from the "Effects" section. I wonder if there is a way to move the L1 back to the "Effects" section of plug-ins?
