One of my customers requested that their complete backcatalogue is going to be posted on youtube and they asked if i could insert/mix kind of like a standard / premade voiceover on all tracks for some kind of ''rip-protecection''
Since it's something like 200 tracks this is quite a lot of work and i was thinking that this might be possible with some batch conversion.
So what i basically need is the voiceover mixed in twice or maybe 3 times mixed within each track (i get mp3's) and then saved automatically.
Timing is not really an issue so it can be inserted at the same timeframe for all files.

Is this possible with wavelab and how could i do this?

There is no batch processing that can do this (but this is a feature I have in mind for a long time).
Personnaly, I would do like this:
Create a montage and insert your 200 songs in one track. This is can be done in on operation. Then use the CD wizard to generate 200 pairs of markers, they will be named as the clips, hence as your songs. Then insert on a second track your "protection" audio. This could be the longest part.
Then use the Render function with the mode render regions: this will generate 200 files for you...

You may not wish to comment; but when I see some of your hints, I wonder if you have a life outside the programming of WaveLab to make use of it in some productive hobby...

Very Happy I think Wavelab IS PG's hobby and his 'regular' job is to keep us buggers on the forum quiet.. Cool
