Can I install both Cubase 5 64-bit and Cubase 5-32 bit on he same computer? I am double booting Windows 7-64 bit on one drive and XP Pro 32-bit on another.
If this is possible can I create a 32-bit audio file and load it to the 64-bit version?
Thanks much

Yes you can. Both versions will install in there own separate directory. The project files are the same in both versions, (32 and 64 bit). The difference comes if you use 32 bit plug-ins. You may have some problems running some of them under 64bit. Others work fine. I have a dual boot XP32bit / Win 7 32x64 and can open all files in all versions. I sometimes use one 32 bit VST Instrument that becomes unstable under the 64bit version of Cubase but everything else works fine. When I use that instrument I use it under 32 bit version bit, render it to audio and do everything else in 64 bit which is mainly what I use. _________________ Win 7x64 Dual boot XP3 | i7 930 2.8 | ASUS P6T SE | 6Gig Corsair 1600 DDR3x3 | 40G 7200 (Images) | Hitachi SATA 400G 7200 | Seagate SATA 500G 7200 | Zoom R16 | Tascam M164-UF | Cubase 5.1/5.5 32/64 | LE4 4.1.2 | MidiSport 2x2 | KorePlayer 2 | Massive | Kontact 4| EZD | Komplete 7 | Cakewalk A800 PRO | Novation Nocturn
