Drag and drop doesn't work anymore...

For some reason i can't just drag and drop files into Cubase 4 anymore. I have to go to file>inport>audio file...

Is there anyway to get the drag and drop function back? Not sure what i did to have this function stop....

I think i just figured it out.....run as administrator was activated
