My computer tells me all the time I tries to load the grand into cubase that: -sorry, you don´t have enough memory to load the grand.
I have 512 mb RAM and many of my friends have the same memory but they don´t have the same problems as I. Is there any settings in Cubase to correct?

Please help me

To smoothly run "The Grand", I'd recommend 1.5GB of RAM.
However, there are a few 'lower memory' patches (presets) available in the Grand too,
just choose those instead.
And disable all the bells and whistles in the options.

Then there's already an instance of the Grand in the project you're trying to open?
Otherwise you wouldn't get this message.
Just by opening an empty project, Cubase will not know if you're going to use The Grand
and thus will not complain.

I get this message when I opened cubase the first time after inställing the grand. Later when i opened cubase i don´t recieve the massage. But the grand isn´t in the list of available instruments. When i open the "plug-in info" and mark the grand and try to update - the message appears again

This has happened to me several times. I have 2gb of Ram and still I get the "Not enough memory " flag. It's very annoying. I have found that if I load another VSTi, and then try the Grand, it will load correctly. Often it's a problem when loading with nothing in the project. Try loading something else first and see if this does the trick.
