No sound from Stylus RMX

I have just installed a new soundcard - Audiophile 2496 - I got fed up with getting nowhere with Midisport USB interfaces!

However, I now cannot get any sound from my Stylus RMX VSTi.

I have chosen Stylus RMX as the output on the Inspector.

Hope someone can help!
