| If there is anything it's likely to be here: ftp://ftp.steinberg.net/Download/ but I think mainly it's German English and French. |

Hoi Emanuel,
Ik geloof niet dat het bestaat. Overigens zou het veel lastiger zijn, wanneer je op het forum iets wil vragen en je dus niet weet hoe dat in het Engels heet.
Translation (to accommodate RiffWraith ):
I don't think that is possible. Anyway, it would make things a bit of a hassle whenever you wanted to pose a question to the forum, as you would not know the correct English terms. _________________ Jan

Sorry, but the only plugins that Cubase supports are VST plugins. Cubase itself does support multiple languages (you can switch between at least French, German and English in the preferences dialog) but Dutch has (as far as I know) never been one of the supported languages.

Het staat alleen best wel onbeleefd om in je eigen taal te gaan spreken als je te gast bent op een engels forum |

OK break it up guys, now you're just asking to get this thread locked, which would be a shame.

Yeah Steinberg happens to be a German company you know
This site even has dedicated forums in German (and Spanish), but in all other forums you are expected to speak English, just so everyone else can read all your Steinberg foul-mouthing

En indien nodig kan je altijd een PM doen naar enkele nederlandstalige forumleden. Kom jij trouwens ook niet op homerecording.be?
For the non-dutch speaking members:
And if necessary you can always send a PM to one of the Dutch-speaking forum members. By the way, don't I know you from homerecording.be ?

Hoi Chris,
Je schrijft nog uitstekend Nederlands ook!
(I'm commenting Chris' excellent Dutch)
I would like to pose the following concern. While it would seem nice to have a forum in your own language, it would also deminish the amount of users you could get an answer from, thus narrowing the available knowledge base.
A second argument opposing seperate fora: it's great to have contacts all over the world. _________________ Jan

"why it wasn't in dutch"
I guess most programs these days have multi languages for the top most common languages, which are probably English, German, French, Japanese.
So maybe sooner or later we'll see ppl asking for Chinese versions?
Or... ppl asking for Arabic/Hebrew versions, in which case, Steinberg might have to get the Inspector on the right and the sequencer moving from right to left instead? |

Hello,
starting allso a (for example) a Dutch section here at the forum will cause us for an extra amount of work here. I'm the only from Steinberg directly who can read and answering in that forum. The second thing is that we would recieve allot of Dutch written Emails at Steinberg HQ. who I can understand but non of my dear collegues Please contact MI7 regarding support for Belgium, Netherlands.
It is not possible for Steinberg to write software/manuals in every language. But I think that we are "good enough" with the languages who we support allready. But when you have some ideas we are alway's ready to listen regarding this

Hello to all,
When you need support you have to contact your national distributor. Belgium/ Holland is MI7 www.mi7.com
1. You can fill in here a support form and when you select the right "Country" the Email will be send to the right support collegue at MI7. You can write these Emails in Dutch/English
2. When you want support by phone you have to call the number from MI7. You will get some options where you can choose your country and you will be forwarded to the right support collegue and language.
For further questions regarding this I suggest you contact MI7 directly.
Regards,
