|
|
Using a pretty simple set-up: Acoustic Guitar w/ soundhole pick-up plugged into Firewire410.
During a soundcheck within cubase SX 3 I detected no crackle, no buzzing.
Great.
Once I started recording, before even playing a note I listened to almost like a rhythmic static sound.
It's not faint, very distruptive and impossible to compete with during recording. This sound only happens when I record.
Any ideas, suggestions, advice, tips?

The rest is probably irrelevant |

Try messing with your buffer settings in device setup. Try turning off your monitor button off in track window. _________________ Cubase 4/MAC OS 10.6.4
