|
|
| I recently acquired a MacBook Pro i5 and am running Cubase 4 on it. Previously, I never had problems with the sample rate but on my new computer Cubase seems to override the sample rate setting & automatically switches it to 96khz. Where can I either change the sample rate in Cubase (not in an individual project) or "slave" Cubase to the system's setting? Thanks for the help!! |

the setting is saved / set project by project .. in the File menu->project setup dialog box _________________ macbook pro 2.5, 2 gig ram, osx 10.5.8 - mac pro 2.8 octoxeon/ 10 gig ram, 10.5.8, ati radeon 2600 dual monitor, c4.5.2, sx3.1, fireface 800, mtp av,fs1r,ex5, zebra 2.3/2.5, waves SCC 6.05, altiverb 6.35, peak pro 6.1.1, usb trigger finger |

i meant to mention that cubase automatically sees the sample rate setting of the audio interface and switches the setting on the interface when you change it in the project and vice versa _________________ macbook pro 2.5, 2 gig ram, osx 10.5.8 - mac pro 2.8 octoxeon/ 10 gig ram, 10.5.8, ati radeon 2600 dual monitor, c4.5.2, sx3.1, fireface 800, mtp av,fs1r,ex5, zebra 2.3/2.5, waves SCC 6.05, altiverb 6.35, peak pro 6.1.1, usb trigger finger |

so in other words there's no way of globally enforcing a certain sample rate whenever opening cubase? i know i can set a specific sample rate within a project but cubase automatically sets the rate to 96khz even before opening a project. is there no way of circumventing this?
thanks for the help!! |
