Can't download license for Halion player

I just purchased Project SAM's True Strike 1, which uses the Halion player, but when I tried to download the license for the key, I got the following error message: "The license activation code has already been used. It can only be used to download one license." There are two activation codes necessary, one for the Halion Player, another for the SAM True Strike content. They are different authorization codes, but they both produce the same error message. I have tried upwards of a dozen times, restarting, uplugging the key, re-installing the software, etc. All to no avail.

What can I do to get this license downloaded? I am a registered Cubase user and have another key with my Cubase authorization on it, but I never have had such a problem with Cubase.

I'm running OS X 10.4.4 on a G5 dual, 2GB, with 1.5 terabytes of disk storage and 8GB RAM.

I'd appreciate any suggestions to get me out of this dilemma.

Yes, thanks. I'm up and running with both the HALion Player and ProjectSAM's True Strike 1. Truly awesome samples.
It seems that the codes that were in the box had already been used. Curious situation, but the problem has now been solved.
