Jazz/Swing pattern A. B. C or D. These are simple bass drum/hi hat patterns. Does anyone else get the distorted click after the bd note?

Yes! I am getting something like this. I first noticed a strange noise on 'Club Detroit' when I cut back the instruments. But I also get it on Jazz/Swing. But not on the "50s kick" when it's the only thing not muted. If I add the "80s high hat" I then get glitches on the kick drum.
Anyone else seen this? Hopefully a set-up problem, not a bug. Any ideas for a solution?

Oh yeah. These clicks have been driving me crazy. I haven't been able to isolate the cause.
They happen on the Jazz Trio patterns and a number of fills as well.
There are also a number of loud, full scale pops on some patterns that are almost breaking my speakers.
But they don't happen if only one sound is playing; two or more have to be unmuted.

At first I thought they were interface related, but they are there when using the Asio drivers for the built in sound.
Then I thought they were Windows 7 related, but I reproduced it on XP.

My current theory is that they have something to do with notes with gate times longer than the sample lasts, because they fall in strange places that change when you change the tempo.

But of course I can't track that down because I'm also afflicted with the "Won't Record MIDI bug."
I see both of these bugs described in 3 or 4 threads here, but no answers.

I'm almost ready to throw the program away. I've monkeyed with it for hours.
